Stuff Tomato

Ingredients:

Large tomatoes 8
Potatoes, boiled & mashed 2
Green peas 1/2 cup
Grated paneer 1 cup
Red chilli powder 1-1/2 tsp.
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp.
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp.
Mango powder 1/4 tsp.
Aniseed (saunf) 1 tsp.
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp.
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp.
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp.
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste

Method:


1. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a frying pan.
2. Fry mustard seeds, cumin seeds and aniseed for about 30 seconds. Reduce the heat to 'medium'.
3. Add red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt.
4. Add mashed potatoes and green peas. Mix well.
5. Remove from heat. Keep aside for a minute.
6. Keep 2 tbsp. of paneer on the side for garnishing and add the rest to the above mixture.
7. Cut the top of the tomatoes and scoop out the pulp.
8. Stuff mixture equally in all tomato shells.
9. Heat the remaining oil in the pan. Cook stuffed tomatoes on low heat till tender.
